Designing Services:
Ultimately, this process will start with your vision. Look through magazines, websites, and homes in your neighborhood to have a better understanding of the direction you want to go in. Our team will collaborate with your ideas to design plans that are perfect for your needs as well as ensuring that the design is compliant with city agency regulations. We will coordinate required docs with third party consultants; Engineers, Title-24 Calcs., etc. Use your preferred consultants or have AG Design Team choose from their professional network of affiliates.
Drafting Services:
Whether you are an interior designer that needs professional drawings for your space planning proposal, an inventor that wants to put your dream on paper, an architect, structural engineer, or a contractor AG Design Team has the experience and tools to help you beat that deadline!
Fees:
AG Design Team will submit a proposal to you based on the preliminary meetings and discussions. The proposal will discuss the scope of work, a flat fee or an hourly rate, and additional reimbursements and possible charges, if applicable. Proposals are valid for 30 days after submittal.
